Gujarat Manchester City Ahmedabad will host the Kabaddi World Cup 2016 in October

Ahmedabad - The International Kabaddi Federation (IKF) announced hat The 2016 Kabbadi World Cup will be hosted at Ahmedabad, Gujarat between October 7 to 22. India is the only country to win Gold medal in every year in men and women events.

Kabaddi World Cup 2016 is going to held at Ahmedabad from 7th October 2016 to 22 October 2016. It was first played in 2004 then 2007 and then annually from 2010 to 2016. Kabbadi World Cup 2015 was cancelled due to some controversy related to Indian Spiritual leader. 12 countries across the globe will participate in this event.

Update : According to the latest India vs Pakistan verdicts on Uri Attacks, Surgical Strikes, Pakistan Kabaddi team will not participate in this world cup.

The 2016 Kabaddi Worldcup live streaming will be exclusively aired on Star Sports as they are official broadcaster of the event, it includes Hotstar application and Star Sports Network.
